Well, while spending sometime in the R & D lab one day, something struck John's mind that hadn't occurred to him before. In order to get true "evaporation", one key element is essential; water droplet "atomization". The key to optimal atomization is high pressure and the right nozzle. After toying around with a few ideas, John developed the Uni-Nozzle system we use today. Using a single ceramic nozzle with water pressure at 1000 psi, he was able to achieve true evaporation. The 1000 psi produced atomization of 1 - 3 microns, and using a single nozzle as opposed to multiple nozzles reduced the amount of water being put into the atmosphere by 80%. Bingo!
